How We Accept Bitcoin and Crypto Payments

We display all prices in local currency and display the amount to be paid in Bitcoin (BTC), USDC, Monero (XMR) or any other cryptocurrency or stablecoin you have selected on the checkout payment page before the final payment is made.

We do not charge any additional exchange fees but you may have typical transfer fees depending on which cryptocurrency you have selected which you should see on your wallet while you make the transfer and is payable to the blockchain directly or your account on an exchange.

During the checkout, there is a maximum duration of 20 minutes for the transaction to process and even if that is not enough and the website times out you will still receive an email confirming whether or not the transaction was successful.

How We Make Refunds

To reduce the risk of price volatility when you complete purchases we convert the payment into a stablecoin. If a refund is to be made it will be done in the same cryptocurrency or stablecoin you used to make the original payment and we will send the funds to the wallet used to make the original purchase. The amount we send will depend on the exchange rate at the time of processing the refund so the amount you get could be more or less than the original amount used to make the purchase.
