Returns

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund.

Our postage and packaging costs will be deducted from your refund unless the fault is ours. All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in new condition before a refund or replacement is issued.

We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.

We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the first instance email us at support@payincrypto.shop with your name, order number and reason for your return and we will reply everything you need to complete the return and get your refund.
